MilkTime Terms of Use

Welcome to MilkTime (hereinafter referred to as "this App"). By using this App, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms of this agreement.

1. Service Description

MilkTime is an app for recording baby feeding data, managing feeding reminders, and viewing statistical analysis information.

This App offers free features and optional paid services (MilkTime Pro).

2. User Responsibilities

• You should ensure the information you provide is true and accurate.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your Apple ID and device information.
• You must not use this App for any illegal activities.

3. MilkTime Pro Subscription and Purchase Information

MilkTime offers optional paid services (MilkTime Pro) to unlock more advanced features.

3.1 Purchasable Items

• MilkTime Pro Monthly Subscription

• MilkTime Pro Lifetime Membership
  One-time purchase
  Price: As displayed on the App Store

3.2 Subscription Benefits

After purchasing MilkTime Pro, users unlock the following advanced features:

• Left/Right Breast Trend Analysis
• Night Feeding Analysis
• Comparative Trend Analysis
• Anomaly Data Analysis
• Custom Time Period Comparison
• All Advanced Insight Features

3.3 Auto-Renewal Information

The MilkTime Pro monthly subscription is an auto-renewing subscription service.

• The subscription will automatically renew before the end of the current subscription period.
• Apple will automatically charge your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
• After a successful charge, the subscription period will be automatically extended.
• If the charge is unsuccessful, the subscription may be interrupted.

3.4 How to Cancel Subscription

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time.

Cancellation method:

iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → MilkTime → Cancel Subscription

If you wish not to renew for the next period, please cancel at least 24 hours before the current subscription ends.

3.5 Refund Policy

All purchases and refunds are processed by the Apple App Store platform.

The developer cannot directly process refund requests.

3.6 Access Rights After Subscription Expiration

If your subscription expires, is cancelled, or becomes invalid:

• MilkTime's free features will remain usable
• Recorded data will not be deleted
• Advanced features (Advanced Insights) will become locked again
• Already generated historical records will not be lost

The Lifetime Membership will not expire after purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

The interface design, icons, text, functional logic, and related content within this App are protected by law. Without permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes.

5. Service Changes

We may update, adjust, or discontinue certain features based on product needs.

6. Disclaimer

The reminders, analyses, and statistical results provided by MilkTime are for reference only and do not constitute medical advice. For health concerns regarding your baby, please consult a professional doctor.

7. Agreement Updates

We may update the terms of this agreement. The latest version will be displayed within the App after any updates.
